cuci100 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cuci100 platform available at cuci100.club (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any applicable promotional terms issued by cuci100 from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cuci100.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the cuci100 Platform. cuci100 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

Access to and use of the cuci100 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cuci100 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal recreational use.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or business entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of cuci100 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

By registering an account on cuci100, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility criteria are satisfied. cuci100 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, and to suspend or close any account that fails to meet these requirements.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on cuci100. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. cuci100 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be closed without notice. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering your cuci100 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. cuci100 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by your failure to maintain up-to-date account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci100 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify cuci100 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. cuci100 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

cuci100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. These currently include, but are not limited to, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of the cuci100 Platform and may be updated from time to time. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name. cuci100 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. As part of cuci100's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. cuci100 reserves the right to request supporting documentation including but not limited to government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.

cuci100 aims to process all validated withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for e-wallet transactions. Bank transfer processing times may vary in accordance with the policies of the receiving financial institution. cuci100 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

cuci100 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general principles apply to all cuci100 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified account holders only. Bonuses will not be awarded to accounts that are suspended, under review, or have been identified as duplicate accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• cuci100 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and/or suspend or close the relevant account in cases where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of the cuci100 bonus system.
• Players who open accounts solely to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming intent — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" — may have their accounts closed and balances forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci100 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on cuci100, or registering on behalf of any other person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, game providers, or cuci100 employees.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any cuci100 game or system.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration process or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing or attempting to access the cuci100 Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited.

All content on the cuci100 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the arrangement and presentation of such content — is the intellectual property of cuci100 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cuci100 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the cuci100 Platform without the prior written consent of cuci100.

The cuci100 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cuci100 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuci100 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the cuci100 Platform, regardless of whether cuci100 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cuci100's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your cuci100 account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cuci100 is committed to operating a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through account settings at no cost:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits — Cap your allowable losses over a defined period.
• Session time limits — Receive alerts and automatic log-out after a specified gaming duration.
• Cooling-off period — Temporarily suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — Permanently close your cuci100 account with no option to reopen it.

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to cuci100, its players, or its payment partners.

You may close your cuci100 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method.

cuci100's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the cuci100 Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuci100 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cuci100 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered in accordance with rules to be notified by cuci100 at the time of the dispute. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

cuci100 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, cuci100 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the cuci100 Platform after any revised Terms have been published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.
